OVERVIEW
The Solution Engineer is part of the technical support and software upgrade team, providing professional services for enterprise grade intelligent automation software systems. The Solution Engineer is involved in all areas of application upgrades and support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Have familiarity with Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow), Hyland OnBase, Docuware, and/or Ephesoft technologies
• Experience in Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) is strongly encouraged and preferred
• Technical aptitude navigating enterprise server architecture and database management systems
• Ability to manage multiple software upgrade projects at once
• Understand client support needs and how they translate in application features
• Collaborate with the Shamrock team members through Jira to for new and existing customer projects and support requests
• Perform high-quality support and technical troubleshooting analysis
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategies, high-level projects, and generation of profitable revenue growth
• Work as an effective team member, liaising with others and contributing to our overall customer experience
• Other duties as necessary
